1) With the start of Covid-19 , our clients were facing difficulties managing the accounts, billing/invoicing and even audit functions.
The applications like Tally, Winman, Saral etc were typically all hosted on “servers” at the office location. And the offices were closed or staff could not access the applications and data. We moved them to a Cloud server, with proper firewall , auto data backup, user authentication and other security features. Now our clients, don’t need to ask their employees to travel , or sit overtime during compliance dates, get all data in one place for working, checking and approving working files.
Productivity has gone up.
Invoices are getting generated on time by accounts. Vouchers are getting
entered on time. Hardly any backlog. And the best part, their auditors too
access the same data (with appropriate security and user access control). So
reconciliation of data and files has gone down by almost 70%. All this means
more productive work by same number of employees.
